TO ALL INTERESTED IN TAX FORFEITED LAND SALES.

Before I get started, I want you to know that I am biased.

I have been married to Roy for over 46 years. So, I should know him quite well. After Roy started in the tax forfeited land business over 30 years ago our life has been exciting, fun, and profitable. We have traveled throughout the United States and attended hundreds of tax sale auctions. Roy has purchased thousands of properties and has seldom suffered a loss. I have the security of knowing that if he goes first, I will have a substantial income for a number of years just on the properties we have sold for small down payments and monthly installments. That is much better than social security and a lot more secure.

I urge all of you to support your spouse if they have interest in this business. The rewards cannot be measured just in the money made. It is an exciting and fun filled business that you can do when, and if you want, and as much as you want.

Roy is a walking gold mine of information with respect to tax forfeited property. I have never see him take advantage of anyone although many have tried to take advantage of his generosity.
